  • Talk About the Best Laid Plans!

    Caterham Oxted & Godstone’s highlight of the social calendar is their Charter Anniversary Lunch – 45 years this year since they were chartered by Lions Clubs International. A tremendous amount of work went into planning the occasion – the venue was Reigate Manor (which is just below the M25 on Reigate Hill) the menu, the Speakers, the Souvenir Program, the table plan, the flowers….not forgetting the raffle!   • Hastings Message in a Bottle

    Hastings Lions Club have made three more successful deliveries recently of Message in a Bottle to local service providers. 100 bottles were delivered to the Arthur Blackman Clinic and a further 100 delivered to the High Glades Medical Practise. 75 bottles were delivered to Mount Pleasant Court sheltered housing where all 60 residents were given a bottle for their own personal use and a further 15 and a display box were put into the main reception area.
