Zone 3A Project for Darenth Valley Hospital

The clubs in Zone 3a had surplus funds of £1500 after the closure of a long time service project which they had provided at Darent Valley Hospital.

The children’s wards were seeking a Mobile Sensory Unit which could be moved from ward to ward offering calming and therapeutic assistance to the young patients as and when necessary. The £1500 was all that was needed to complete the £5000 necessary to purchase the unit.
